Meet Rachel: Your Trusted Office Manager

Rachel has been with Focus Aotearoa Limited from the very beginning. With over 24 years of experience in both the private and public sector, Rachel enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with the daily operations of an office. From planning large national meetings to wrangling groups, she is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple stressors.

Rachel’s educational background in Primary Teaching, psychology and counselling combined with her genuine passion for lifelong learning and public service makes her an enthusiastic part of the Focus Aotearoa team.

Meet Dorothy: Your Trusted Trainer

Dorothy was born and bred in Christchurch and moved to Taranaki in 2005. She has been training for many years across a broad range of businesses and industries. Dorothy is passionate about all facets of learning and although her love is facilitation, she has also dabbled in documentation, processes and procedures and loves mixing things up to adapt to my audience. Dorothy believes that the quest for learning includes her own ongoing learning, engaging other learners and helping them to achieve their goals. It is great to be able to take the experiences from within the group and engage with different learning styles to ensure that the end goal is achieved as and when required.
